Investment criteria.
We are a multi-disciplined team of seasoned mining specialists ready to take on any challenge directed at us. Our current focus is to find opportunities in the battery metal space which includes Copper, Cobalt, Nickel, Lithium and Vanadium. Using Copper as the backbone of our operations Cobalt is our first target metal this time.
When doing due diligence of a potential asset we always look at:
1. Short term, especially cash flow generation.
2. Medium term, enhancing the cash flows and optimizing the value of the asset.
3. Long term, production optimization of the asset as well as expansion by exploration to increase resources/reserves.
Continuous strengthening of the Balance Sheet by increasing asset value, backed up by positive cash flow will protect shareholder value and prevent dilution.
Our target country at this stage is DRC where we identified dumps, tailing storage facilities and dormant mines and are currently negotiating with the mine owners about the way forward.
